Complex Quimica was established in 1958 by Mr. Raul Jasso, whose vision was to satisfy a growing market of high quality chemical products.

Mr. Jasso's background as a chemical engineer working for a soft drink company enabled him to identify the opportunity to make chemicals that were mostly imported into Mexico. The first products included industrial detergents and water treatment formulas prepared literally at Mr. Jasso's own backyard. From the humble origins of a small operation serving the domestic market in the '50s and '60s, Complex Quimica grew in the international arena by offering its capabilities for chemical custom manufacturing. Today, Complex Quimica has manufacturing partnerships with top US and European corporations and exports more than 70% of its production to North America (USA and Canada), Europe, Latin America, Asia, Africa and New Zealand.
